Welcome to my oceanfront condo at Yellow Point situated on 3.5 acres of stunning waterfront property at Inn of the Sea resort. This rare corner unit oceanfront condo has breathtaking views of the Gulf Islands and deep water moorage. This is a one-of-a-kind luxury vacation condo that offers the ultimate in seaside recreation, peaceful relaxation, natural beauty and tranquility.

The oceanfront waves are just 60 feet from the two front decks. Panoramic oceanfront views and a clean safe beach with the many site amenities, create the perfect setting for that relaxing adult or family holiday. Suitable for a single person, two couples or a family with children, or a private romantic getaway holiday for two. Cozy warm fireplace. Maximum accommodation for 4, except by special arrangement.

1230 square foot on 2 levels, 2 bedrooms, 2 full 4 piece bathrooms, ground level and second floor corner units, lots of natural light and fully equipped. Master bedroom with Queen bed, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom,  bathrooms have modern tub and shower combo, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, fireplace, comfortable sofas, 2 leather easy chairs, stereo, 50 channel cable, DVD, TV/VCR, high speed internet port, dishwasher and local telephone calls only. Long distance calls are by calling card only.

Included in your stay are full bedding and linens, towels, cutlery, pots, pans, plates, dishes, cooking utensils, vacuum cleaner, microwave oven and kitchen appliances, ready to move in with groceries. On-site laundry facility for your convenience. Nearby gourmet restaurants, English Pub with excellent lunch and dinner, liquor store, bank, modern supermarket, theatres, golf courses, kayaking tours, bungy jumping, 70 minutes to downtown Victoria, 20 minutes to Nanaimo, 10 minutes to the township of Ladysmith and an excellent Regional Hospital.
